Shipping Terms
 
The shipment of goods, out of Italy, will be through express courier (Mail Boxes etc) within 8-10 business days from receipt of order.
Shipments made only by means of payment "bank transfer or PayPal, " will take place after receiving accreditation.
8-10 days are working to understand, excluding Saturdays and holidays and still be considered that the orders will be shipped same day if payment is received by 12.00 hours.
The minimum order is € 30.00. Prices of items are inclusive of VAT.

Unavailability of goods

In case of unavailability of the requested material, this company reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to inform the customer.
Therefore, shipments may be delayed for no 3-4 days.

Purchases made on our site, as all purchases remotely via telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of business premises are protected by Legislative Decree 185 of May 22, 1999, which provides for the ability of consumers to exercise withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of goods. This right is the right to restitution the purchased goods to the supplier without penalty and without giving a reason, and the resulting refund of the purchase price.
